Emma Collier is the Founder and Managing Partner of Further Ventures, a Greek-anchored think tank initiative for maritime leadership co-founded with George Xiradakis and the Further & Further (F&F) team. Built around unfiltered, audience-led conversations on who owns the consequences of AI-influenced decisions, Further Ventures drew a full house to its first public expression on 29 May 2026 at the launch of Posidonia weekend, under the auspices of the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping. F&F is the Athens-based maritime digital consultancy running AI socialization sessions for commercial shipping operators and early-stage maritime tech startups.
Voted into the Top 100 Women in Shipping with 16,000+ maritime followers on LinkedIn, Emma previously led Global Partnerships at EVIDENT, founded by George Economou, which tokenized the first maritime asset, a $100 million LNG carrier, and served as Chief Relationship Officer at Satva Trust. She is also host and producer of the Further & Further podcast.
