Angelos Samolis

Angelos Samolis is a maritime business development professional with extensive experience in shipping, maritime services, tourism and international business relations. As a long-standing member of the The Propeller Club of the United States, Port of Piraeus, he has actively contributed to strengthening relationships among shipping executives, maritime stakeholders and the wider international maritime community.

Over the past years, he has focused on the maritime sector, successfully developing new business opportunities, supporting shipping companies and building strategic partnerships across Greece and abroad. Through his professional activities, he has worked closely with shipowners, maritime suppliers, service providers and international organizations, promoting collaboration and sustainable growth within the industry.

Alongside his maritime involvement, he has more than three decades of experience in tourism, MICE, events, public relations and business development. He currently serves in senior commercial and business development roles, supporting international projects and corporate initiatives.

He is also a journalist and member of the Association of European Journalists, actively promoting maritime, tourism and business-related issues through professional media engagement.
