Dimitri Vassilacos is the Treasurer of the Propeller Club, Port of Piraeus, since 2013.
Dimitri is a Partner at Ship Finance Solutions, a boutique financial consulting firm specialising in shipping. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director & Head of Greek Shipping at Citibank, while before that he had worked at National Bank of Greece as Manager of Shipping Division, General Manager of London operations, and Advisor to the Governor.
Dimitri is also a Member of the Madrid-based IE University’s International Advisory Board, and the Treasurer of the Katakouzenos Foundation.
Education:
He holds a Mechanical Engineering diploma from ‘Metsovio Polytechnio’, an MBA from HEC, Paris, and a MALD from Fletcher School, Tufts University, Boston.
