Robert Gatt

With more than 28 years of international leadership experience in C- Level positions, Robert Gatt is a results-oriented executive with a distinguished track record in business development, sales, marketing, operations, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven revenue growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion across diverse industries and global markets.

He served recently as Country Manager Greece for UMAR | WSR – Worldwide Maritime Services. Previously, he was Chief Commercial Officer at ANTWORK, leading commercial strategy and growth initiatives in the proptech sector. From 2017 to 2021, he served as Director and Head of Operations, Sales, Marketing & Business Development at McQuilling Brokerage Partners, a leading tanker shipbroking firm, where he strengthened industry relationships and expanded commercial opportunities. Earlier, he held the role of Country Manager for Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain with REGUS Group plc.
