Alexandros Kessar is a maritime business development executive and engineering professional with more than 15 years of experience in the maritime and marine engineering sector. He currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at A General Group, overseeing commercial strategy, leading international commercial operations, strategic partnerships, and business growth initiatives across marine services, turbocharger technologies, spare parts supply, and sustainable maritime solutions. Alexandros holds a PhD in Gas Turbines and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy Technology from Sweden, and a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management from UK. Combining strong technical expertise with commercial leadership, he works closely with shipowners, managers, and industry stakeholders to enhance operational performance, reliability, and environmental efficiency. He actively participates in major international maritime conferences and exhibitions, promoting innovation in condition monitoring, energy efficiency, digital transformation, and sustainable shipping technologies while supporting the development of modern and responsible maritime operations worldwide
