Despina Panayiotou Theodosiou is Co-CEO of Tototheo Global, an international technology
company providing advanced connectivity and digital solutions to the maritime, enterprise, and
government sectors. With expertise in satellite communications and digital transformation, she has
played a leading role in the company’s international development and growth.
She currently serves as President of the Association of Cypriot Professionals in Greece and is a
member of the General Council of the Association of SA and Limited Liability Companies. Previously,
she served as President of WISTA International (2017–2022), and as Chairperson of the Electricity
Authority of Cyprus (EAC).
A graduate of the University of Oxford, the Copenhagen Business School, and the National and
Kapodistrian University of Athens, she is a recognised international business leader and a frequent
speaker at international fora on maritime, space, and technology.
