Born on March 7th, 1967. Married with four children.
Received a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1988, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut in 1990.
Co-founded Unibros Shipping Corp., a tanker ship management co. and operator in early 90’s, where remains one of the main principals.
Also founding member and current Director and CFO of Meridian Marine Corp, a holding company owning and operating a fleet of tanker vessels.
Additionally, has been Executive Director of Marca International Ltd involved in oil trading activities in West African region from 1995 to 2006.
Member of the Supervisory Board of Optima Energy Group, an oil trading firm based in Geneva from 2007 to 2020, responsible for strategic planning and business development. Member of the American Finance Association and American Economics Association.
