The flag of the Propeller Club of Piraeus flies at a height of 4.892 meters

The Club is proud of its member Vanessa Archontidou, a founding member of the organization “A WOMAN CAN BE” that focuses on women’s empowerment, sustainable development and environmental issues. On New Year’s Eve Vanessa reached the summit of Mt. Vinson, Antarctica’s highest peak, raising awareness about climate change. The conquest of this peak completes the great goal of the “7 Summits Project”, climbing the highest summits of each of the 7 continents. While her mission to the South Pole continues, the Propeller Club Piraeus fully and actively supports her efforts.
